It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Roderick MacLean of New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 11, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Gregor MacLean and Annie MacLean; his wife Shirley (Callaghan); his sisters, Jessie Harrison (Murray) and Ella Tupper (Rod); his brothers-in-law, Bill (Shirley), Jimmy, Joe and Alphonce Callaghan; and his extended family Annette Gillingham (Kiley).

He is survived by : his children, Charlene Knoester (Harry) and Dr. Gregor MacLean (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Janine), Joel (Jeanetta), Matthew and Marnie MacLean; his great grandchild Nora Alice MacLean; his half-brother John Harrison (Evelyn); and his sister-in-law Ann Callaghan. He is also survived by several nieces; nephews and cousins.
