He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Zugay and Angeline Zugay (Rondelet); and his siblings, Edna, Helen, Mary, Vinda and Victor.
He is survived by: his wife Helen (Hayman); his children, Mike and Sheila MacLellan (Tim); his siblings, Angelina Stewart (Charlie), Evansville, Beatrice Rice, Ann Marie Boates, John and Carl (Janet); and also Heather Cameron (Barry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
