She was predeceased by: her father G. Howard Ballantyne; her brother Bryan Ballantyne; and her brother-in-law Domenico Chieffo. She is survived by: her mother Catherine Freeborn (Bryan); her husband George; her daughters, Megan and Carolyn (Jordan); her sisters, Karen MacNeil (Murdo), Little Harbour and Heather Chieffo; and her siblings' children, Joel MacNeil, Stephanie, Maria, Domenica Chieffo, Jason, Julia and Morgan Ballantyne.
Due to Covid restriction the family will mourn in private.
