She is survived by: her husband Archie Cook; her daughters, Mundy Avery (Dave) and Tammy Kehoe (Louis); her grandchildren, Justin Kehoe (Taylor), Jenna Kehoe, Benjamin Avery and Abby Avery; her great grandchildren, Aida and Lila; her sisters, Betty Imlay and Elsie Wordtman; her mother-in-law Maxine Cook; and her sisters-in-law, Cindy Cook, Connie Williams (Grant), Wanda Goodall and Joyce Mattinson (Teddy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
