Douglas Roy Atwater Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Roy Atwater (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), who passed away on March 2, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Atwater and Ada Millicent Atwater (Patton); his wife Joyce; his daughter Jennifer; and his brothers, Alvin, Kenneth and Harry.
He is survived by: his children, Shirley Atwater (Jackie DesJardins), N. B., Patti Blackman, Margaret Atwater (David Buell) and Stephen Atwater (Laurel Nash) of Victoria, B. C.; and his grandchildren, Sarah (Alexander Blackman), Aaron (Angela Atwater), Michael, Nathan and Devon (David Buell). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
