He is survived by: his children, John and Rachel; his siblings, Brent, Mike (Marilyn), Raymond, Adam (Emily), Marilyn, Susan (Kevin) and Joyce (Eric); and his nieces and nephews, Amber, Holly, Kim, Jenn, Amy, Jaime, Christa, Chelsea, Stephen, Brian, John, Tim, Ryan and Nathan.
