Elva Mary Gordon Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2025, Elva Mary Gordon (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Howard and Elva Howard; her husband Foster; her sister Barbara; and her cousin Claire.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara (Terry), Eleanor and David; her grandchildren, Kathryn (Fraser), Matthew (Erin), Jennifer (Charles), Jeffrey (Cat) and Kara (Devyn); her great grandchildren, Edric, Hannah, Gabriel, Aven, Oliver, Felix, Arlo, Ocean and Bode; her siblings, Eleanor and Harry (Mary); her brother-in-law Jeremy; and her extended family, Dodie (Yvonne) and Amy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Donations in Elva's memory may be made to Pictou County Roots for Youth, the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign, or a charity of your choice.
