He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Beldon Preeper and June Preeper; his foster parents, Wilfred and Lois; and his parents, Allan Rogers and Estella Smith-Rogers.
He is survived by: his children, Oliver, Ember-Rose, Weston, Penelope of Elliot Lake, Ont., Savanna, Brylee, Mackenzie of Stellarton, NS. and Naleah of Chester, NS.. He is also survived by his children and Grandchildren.
