Evelyn MacKay Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2024, Evelyn MacKay (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Fanning and Theresa Fanning; her husband John MacKay; her siblings, Rita "Snookie" Mosher and Bob Fanning; and her brothers-in-law, Rondell "Ron", Humphreys and Earl "Sonny" Mosher.

She is survived by : her sons, Kevin (Anna), Scott (Janice) and Rob; her grandchildren, Kara (Devyn Fitzgerald), Dylan (Kayley Humphrey), Braeden, Logan, Travis and Allison; her siblings, Betty O'Keefe (Ed), Walter Fanning (Kay), Patricia, Humphreys, Helen Humphreys (Blane), Jack Fanning (Jacqueline) and Wayne Fanning (Margie); and her sister-in-law Rosaria Rovero (Dom). She is also survived by many nieces and, nephews.

Donations in Evelyn's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
