She is survived by: her mother Beth Sobey (Gilles); her husband Gilles Aucoin; her son Connor; her brothers, Rob (Monique) and Kent (Meghan); her nieces and nephews, Jane (Logan), Matthew, Charlie and Josephine; her parents-in-law, Leonard and Elizabeth; and her brothers-in-law, Maurice (Garry) and Marcel.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 72 Park St, New Glasgow, NS B2H5B8.
In lieu of flowers a donation in Irene's memory to Summer Street Industries or the SPCA could be considered.
