She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Douglas and Gertrude Elizabeth Covey (Benson); her husband Bruce Thomas George Tobin; and her sister Jean Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Sheila), Darren (Terri), Owen Sound, Ont, Kelly Tobin, Christopher "Chris" (Denise) and Churchville; her grandchildren, Jana, Tyler, Mitchell (Meghan), Joel (Samantha), Danielle and Craig (Chimonay); and her great grandchildren, Brady, Brandon, Chelsea, Jacob, Caleb, Ainsley, Evelyn, Rosaleen and Finnian. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Jackie to any charity of choice.
