We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2021, James Allister Sears (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Ward Sears and Ruby Sears (Crossman); and his parents-in-law, Gib Thompson and Mary Thompson (MacFarlane). He is survived by : his wife Miriam (Thompson); his sister Shari Burns (John); his children, Michael, Matthew (Laurie) and Lisa (Gordon); his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Cameron; his grandchildren, Liam (Cynthia), Riley, Hope (Braedon), Kyle (Brittney), Cameron (Beka), Brianna (Kurtis), Mariah (Kurtis) and Erica; and his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Levi.
Due to COVID restrictions, no public viewing is permitted.
Please, no flowers by family request. If so desired, donations can be made to the Pictou County Palliative Care Society (pcpcares.org) in Jim's memory.
