She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Durning (James), Brenda McPherson, Nancy Kellock (Mark) and Mary Jane Pelerine (Leonard); her grandchildren, Alison, Christopher (Christiane), Heather, Noah, Claire, Justin, Hannah, Nicholas (Dawne) and Hilary (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Jack and Owen; her sisters, Yvonne Robertson and Carol Roberts (Dave); and her siblings-in-law, Bernice Layton and John Munn.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the R. H. Porter Funeral Home (55 Almont Ave, New Glasgow, NS B2H3G5). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the R. H. Porter Funeral Home (55 Almont Ave, New Glasgow, NS B2H3G5).
