She was predeceased by: her significant other Tim Bartlett; her parents, Roy Mercer and Bertha Mercer; and her father-in-law David Bartlett. She is survived by: her caregiver Marjorie; her brothers, Gerald (Carmen) and Leland (Joan); her nephews, Craig (Kerry Lynn) and Trevor (Janet); her niece Katie (Mark Callahan); her great-nieces, Morgan, Keira, Nyla and Peggy; her mother-in-law Esther Bartlett; her cousins, Cyril Boone (Mae) and Don Boone (Joyce); and also, Anne Sanderson (Ralph), Doug (Stacey), Susan Langdon (Terry), Melodie Lambardo and Edward Lambardo (Ingrid).
A reception was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Slade's Funeral Home. A burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew's Anglican Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in her loving memory to a charity of ones choice.
