He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Boyle and Grace Rushton (Hayman). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Ann Higgins; his children, Peggy MacEachern (Ali), Paula Higgins (Robbie), Trish Higgins (Caleb) of Cranbrook, BC and Billy Higgins (Krista); his stepson Devon Leigh (Chantel); his sister Linda Lynds; and his pets, Peanut and Misty. He is also survived by his nieces, nephew, grand-niece and grandchildren.
