She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Murrell (Tom) and Margaret Murrell (Matheson); her siblings, Phoebe, Ruth Whidden, Edna MacKay, Harold, Clayton and Gary; and her siblings-in-law, Jean Murrell, Violet Murrell, Elaine Murrell, Keith Whidden, Carthew MacDonald (Cart) and Byron MacKay.

She is survived by: her sons, Harold, Abercrombie and Sandy; her granddaughter Chloe (Johnny Reddick); her great grandchildren, Ariella and Lucia; and her sisters, Lorna MacDonald, Rhoda (Charles) and Willan.
