He is survived by: his brothers, Jaxon MacKinnon and Bentley MacKinnon; his parents, Lindsay MacKinnon and Jacob (Nikki Larkham); his siblings, Carson, Brayden and Brooke; his grandparents, Janet, Jamie MacKinnon, Mary Prest and Stephen Larkham (Melanie); his aunts and uncles, Jennifer Fleet, Kayla MacKinnon, Tracey Truly, Colin Fleet, Michael Larkham and Jason Nickerson; his cousins, Ethan, Hayden, Olivia, Brynley and Layla; his godmother Janeen; and his close friend Shauna-Rae Johnson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the H. W. Angus Funeral Home (256 King St, New Glasgow, NS B2H4X8). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Union Presbyterian Church (745 Marsh Rd, Thorburn, NS B0K1W0).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to local Ground Search and Rescue.
