She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Henry and Mary Alice MacKay (Dwyer); her husband James Arthur Dean; and her siblings, Theresa MacKay, Mary Parker, Artie, Buddy and Ronald MacKay.

She is survived by: her children, Arthur (Stephanie), Trenton, James, Dennis (Marie), Donnie, Ont, Scott, Kurl (Claudette), Bowmansville and Andrea; her grandchildren, Arthur, Jordan, Kaitlyn, Amanda, Taylor, Robyn, Josh, Jessie, Jenna, Jared, Ryleigh and Samantha; her great grandchildren, Abigayle, Acelynn, Aurora, Gus, Eli, Keshaiah, Azariah, Adonijah and Luca; and her sisters, Cavell Michaud and Donna Huggan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
