It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth James Barrie (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ada and Alan. He is survived by : his wife Hilda; his brother Ross Barrie; his children, Alan (Michelle), Sean (Kathy), Chris (Kara) and Kelly (Joe); his grandchildren, Pamela (Robert), Alysha, Emily, Clark, Matthew, Jeremy, Jacob, Haley (Alex), Gabrielle and Jess; and his great grandchildren, Hudson and Nolan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hockey Nova Scotia or a sports organization of your choice.
