He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lucas and Eva Mae Lucas (Hirshfield); his wife Laura Jean Lucas; his sons, Kimball Joseph Lucas and Raymond Allan Lucas; his great grandchildren, McKenna Danielle Redmond, Morgan Darlene Leil and Keigan Kimball Lucas; his son-in-law Bernard Enger; and his sisters, Rita, Helen, Yvonne and Kathleen.

He is survived by: his children, Bernadette Lucas-Enger, Bryan Lucas and Craig Lucas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Donations may be made in his memory to the Alzheimer Society or St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church.
