Lynn MacDermid Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynn MacDermid of New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 14, 2020 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lynn MacDermid to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Phyllis MacDermid (Bannerman); and her aunts and uncles, Ruth MacDermid, Maye Bannerman, Iver MacDermid and Donald Bannerman.
She is survived by: her husband Tom; her sister Joanne Misener (Jim); her mother-in-law Cecilia Curry; her aunts, Christine Self and Nova Bannerman; her sisters-in-law, Dr. Lois Curry, Carol Ann Kasaboski, Margaret Curry Phoenix and Angela Curry; her siblings' children, Lisa, Kathryn, Brooke, Michelle, Paige, Emily, Chris, Mark, Ryan and Bradley; and her sister Cheryl.
At Lynn's request, given COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no visitation.
Donations may be made in Lynn's memory to the Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia Foundation of Canada or Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.
