We are sad to announce that, on July 28, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Mary MacKinnon (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman MacPhee and Blanche MacPhee; her brother George Mingle (Terry); and her parents-in-law, Wally and Lola Dickson.

She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" MacKinnon; her son Thomas (Samantha); her grandson Adam; her siblings, Pauline MacEwan (Michael), Richard MacPhee (Wanda) and Tony MacPhee (Cheryl); her sister-in-law Karleen Mingle; and her close friends, Lisa, Louise and Christine.

Donations in her memory may be made to the SPCA.

She was a kind hearted person and always talked lovingly about her son Thomas (who looked like the kid in Home Alone) and her grandchild. She loved sharing old pictures on FB of family members. I worked at TD with Mary and she could always be counted on for a smile and laugh. Her love of horses was contagious and especially her buckskin! Rest In Peace my friend of 25+ years.
