He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foote and Ethel Foote (Robson); and his siblings, Lloyd, Edna Robichaud and Olive Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Donelda (MacLeod); his children, Darryl Ross (Telford), Margie Best, Rick (Alma), Blaine (Laggan), Shawna MacLellan (Joey) and Shane (Alma); his grandchildren, Robbie Ross, Kierra (Jadeyn King), Holly (Lauren Cunningham), Lane (Reese Foote) and Reagan MacLellan; his great grandchild Kenli Ross; and his brother Lawrence (Eileen).
Donations in his memory may be made to the Aberdeen Palliative Care Society.
