She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles MacLean and Georgie MacLean (Pushie); her husband Robert; her sister Louise; and her nephew Iain.
She is survived by: her children, John, Jim, Donnie (Janet), Theresa (late Dan), Betty (late Bob), Peggy (Karl Taylor), Tommy (Terri), Eric (Mandy) and Alex (Michelle); her siblings, Ruth Kingsbury (Aidan), Douglas MacLean, Henry MacLean (Georgina) and Barry MacLean; and her siblings-in-law, Margaret Bowie (Jim) and Bill Dewar (Sheila). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the H. W. Angus Funeral Home (256 King St, New Glasgow, NS B2H4X8). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
Donations in memory of Mildred may be made to the Bethel Presbyterian Church, Marshy Hope or to the Glen Bard Cemetery.
