He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Douglas and Edna Mary Gratto (Avery); his sisters, Sharon MacNeil and Jean Craig; his nephew Shawn Gratto; and his brothers-in-law, Francis Allen "Frank" Craigand and Tom Terpstra.
He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Terpstra, Janet Goodwin (Riverton), Margaret MacIntosh (New Glasgow), Paula Kenney (New Glasgow), Brenda MacPherson (Richard Fennell) and New Glasgow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
