It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rupert Moores (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 4, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Moores and Paul Moores; his former wife Noreen Carr of Ireland; and his brothers, Reginald (Marguerite) and Donald (Marg).
He is survived by: his wife Marie (MacDougall); his children, Sheila, Joann, Jocelyn, Victor Owen, Dean Blackwood and Michael McPherson; his grandchildren, Jimi (Reem), Julie (Aaron), Evan, Courtney, Benjamin, Leah and Robert; his great grandchild Abigail; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Love and Percy Hayne.
Due to the current pandemic, a funeral mass will be held at a later date.
