It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Gouthro of New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, born in Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 5, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Gouthro and Flo Gouthro; and his siblings, Peter, Stella, Eddie, Rita, Amby, Tullie and Alfie.

He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Scott (Christine) and Pam Goodwin (Terry); his grandchildren, Sherrill MacKeigan, Stephanie Anderson (Bert), TJ, Jeffery and Taylor Goodwin; his great grandchildren, Nash and Noah Anderson; and his siblings-in-law, James MacDonald and Yvette Gouthro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Requested Charity Pictou County VON; Knights of Columbus; Charity of choice.
