He is survived by: his friend Bill W; his children, Violet O'Laney of New Glasgow, Jeanie Smith (Alfred) of Greenwood, Stephen Swain of Ontario, Charles Swain of New Glasgow, Stephanie MacLeod (Paul) of Halifax, Wanda Davidson (Todd) of Anderson's Mountain, Justin Landry (Becky) of Sunny Brae, Elvin Landry of New Glasgow, Wendy Landry of Thorburn and Sam Landry (Juanita); his brothers, Jim Swain of New Glasgow and Rick Swain of Westville; his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Lynds of Marion Bridge, Lawrence Crook (Bill) of Broadway and Kay Morrison (Jim) of Westville; and his close friends, Jim Moriarty and Charles Dickeson. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren 29 great grandchildren.
