He is survived by: his wife Linda White (Gaudet); his sons, Chris (Leanne), Matt (Terri) and Adam (Cassidy); his grandchildren, Cohen, Charlie, Stella, Annie and Penny; and his siblings, Scott (Wendy) and Sharman Smith (Roy).
