She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Evelyn, Nez Piette, Roderick and Elizabeth MacDonald. She is survived by: her parents, John MacDonald and Donna MacDonald; her husband Wayne Sparkes; her children, Colton (Rozlyn), Megan (Brody), Philip (Samantha) and Julian (Makayla); her grandchildren, Wayne and Sawyer; her sister Kim (Ed); and her sibling's children, Alix, Drue and Kiefer.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the R. H. Porter Funeral Home (55 Almont Ave, New Glasgow, NS B2H3G5).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit c/o Aberdeen Health Foundation (https://aberdeenhealthfoundation.ca) or the SPCA.
