It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Edwards (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), who passed away on August 21, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vera Edwards to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander MacKenzie and Bessie MacKenzie (Holmes); her husband William Henry "Bill" Edwards; her son Will Edwards; her grandsons, Glenn Edwards and Anthony Edwards; and her sister Mary Langille.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy (Loch Broom), Fred (Madigan River), Mike (Nola), Doug, Kimball (Leonard), Gloria Duff (Dan) of Nanaimo, B. C., Rhonda MacDonald (Sonny), Foxbrook, Thelma Edwards, Indira Yorke (Charlie) and Nicky Caine; and her brother Allister MacKenzie. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
