Wilda Munroe Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wilda Munroe (New Glasgow, Nova Scotia), born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Baxter and Stella Baxter (Mason); her husband John; her son Archie; her sisters, Elizabeth Baxter and Jessie Dean; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Hingley and Katie Brennan.

She is survived by : her close friend Alice Carrigan; her children, Kathryn Munroe (Cape Breton), Hugh Munroe (Egerton), Stella Trefry (Trenton), Jason Munroe (Regina) and Sask; her grandchildren, Sarah, Matthew Munroe, Michael Trefry, Seamus, Sadie and Lochlain Munroe; and her sisters-in-law, Maud Smith and Margaret Chittick (Dick). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
