It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen May Harvie of New Minas, Nova Scotia, born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 18, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Gordon MacAulay and Anastasia MacAulay (Layes); and her brother Daniel "Art" MacAuley. She is survived by : her husband Joe Wayne Harvie; her sons, Michael (Dena), Coldbrook and David; and her granddaughter Caitlin Harvie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Donations in memory may be made to Von/Continuing care or the SPCA.
