He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, William MacDonald and Nellie "Blanche" Stuart; his adoptive parents, John Pineo and Edith Pineo; his wife Janet (Ethier); his daughter Stephanie Pineo-Green (Jason); and his siblings, Laura Steele (Blair), Dorothy Lawson and John "Jack" McDonald. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
