She was predeceased by : her parents, Percy Langley and Ellen Blanche Langley (Reid); and her son Lawrence Derrick "Rick". She is survived by : her husband Lawrence; her son Carman (Kimberly); her grandson Christopher Hutt (Klarissa); her stepgranddaughter Ashlie Maddison (Matt); her stepgreat-granddaughters, Taylor and Evereleigh; and her brothers, Donald, Walton, Wilbert (Janice), Brian (Marilyn), Binnie (Wanda) and Bedford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Donations in memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or Gaspereau United Baptist Church.
