He is survived by: his parents, Jay and Laura; his siblings, Luke, Lily, Jesse and Eve; his grandparents, Joseph, Margaret Callaghan, Marilyn Pluim, Wietze Pluim and Bea Meyers; his aunts and uncles, Alison, Carolyn, Ashleigh, Teresa, Aaron and Mitch; and his friends, Zeke, Lex and Drue.
