She was predeceased by: her parents, Molly McKay (Martin) and George McKay; her husband Tommy Hulme; her brother-in-law Bill Frank; and her stepmother Verna McKay.

She is survived by: her children, Jenna Hulme (Jeff) and Thomas Hulme; her grandsons, Lucas, Roman, Hunter (Jenna) and Brayden (Thomas); her siblings, Ellen Frank and John McKay (Kathleen Roach); her siblings-in-law, Donna Timmons, Gail McMaster, Charlie Hulme and Bradley Hulme; and her godson Michael McKay. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McLellan Funeral Home (3188 Plummer Ave, New Waterford, NS B1H4K4). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
