He was predeceased by : his parents, Angus MacGillivary and Margaret MacGillivary (Gratton); his brother John "Butch"; his parents-in-law, Susie and Sylvester; and his brother-in-law Dennis Burke.
He is survived by : his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his wife Helene (Burke); his son Scott (Jennifer); his niece Michelle (Tony); and his siblings-in-law, Joey (Linda), Terry (Donna), Maurice (Maureen), Billy Burke (Denise), Anita Burke (Michael), Mary Clark (Stan) and Mary Burke.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Charles to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada.
