She was predeceased by: her daughter Elizabeth. She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Hetrick; her parents, Gregor McPherson and Selica McPherson; and her siblings, Charmaine McPherson (Dale Burke), Juanita Walzak (Mark), Ramona MacNeil (Gerald) and Gregor McPherson (Debra Brenna). She is also survived by uncles and adoring nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McLellan Funeral Home (3188 Plummer Ave, New Waterford, NS B1H4K4). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
