Eva touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her son Michael MacDonald; her former husband Angus MacDonald; her brothers, Ralph and George Burchell; her brothers-in-law, Greg Jennex and Brent Nearing; and her parent Jiggs.
She is survived by: her significant other Greg; her daughter Kelly Doucette (Glenn); her grandchildren, Michael (Jenna), Morgan, Renee (Jared) and Parker; her great grandchildren, Cole, Kohen, Madison, Brooklynn, Hayden, Dalton and Jordan; her siblings, Wendy MacPherson (Donnie), Judy Jennex, Evelyn Beaton (Glenn), Sandra Nearing, Darlene Milley (Freddy), Tammy Hardy (Robert) and Wilson Burchell (Martha); and her stepchildren, Catherine, Brian and Patsy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 9:55 AM at the Parish Church of St. Leonard Mount Carme (3180 Mt Carmel Ave, New Waterford, NS B1H4E4). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 495 Smith St, New Waterford, NS B1H4K4.
