He was predeceased by: his parents, Terrance McIntosh and Marguerite McIntosh (Hennessy); and his siblings, Donna, Elizabeth, Carmel, Carol, Henry, Junior and Russell.
He is survived by: his sons, Shane and Troy; the parent of his children Barbie; and his siblings, Anna, Francis and Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
