It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melvin Charles McNeil (New Waterford, Nova Scotia), who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Neil McNeil and Emerance McNeil (Vandenbrook); his daughter Marilyn; and his brothers, Malcom, Raymond, Myles, Eddie and Joey.

He is survived by : his children, Judy Burke (Mickey), Gordie (Alanna), Karen Bailey (Blair) and Kenny; his grandchildren, Kerrilynn, Allison, Albert, Marilyn, Megan, Eric, Casey, Holly, Avery, Gavin and Cameron; his great grandchildren, Myla, Kruz, Eva, Ellie, Carter, Lexi, Logan, Parker, Emily, Ava, Jackelyn, Leighla and Gwendelyn; and his siblings, Diane, Rea, Rosina (Ban) and Peter.

Donations in Melvin's memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the Red Cross.
