With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Michael Daniel MacNeil of New Waterford, Nova Scotia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Daniel "Smokey Mick" and Annie Catherine MacNeil (Sutherland); and his siblings, Joseph, Raymond, Catherine, Annie, Ursula and Mary.
He is survived by: his sons, Ray (Joanne), Michael (Carrie) and Robert (Mario); the mother of his children Mary Fraser; his brothers, Lonnie and Billy; and his grandchildren, Jake, Tessa, Brooklyn and Sydney.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McLellan Funeral Home (3188 Plummer Ave, New Waterford, NS B1H4K4). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Parish Church of St. Leonard Mount Carme (3180 Mt Carmel Ave, New Waterford, NS B1H4E4).
