She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Francis James MacKinnon; her parents, Peter E'Mae' and Mary E.'Mae' (Hannigan); her siblings, Mary Ellen (MacDonald), Helen Loretta (Finn), Florence (Gillis), Rita Ann (Mary Lois), Georgina (Warren), Fred, Bernie, Alex and Murdock; her children, Robert (Karen), Richard (Joan), Michael, Maureen, Michelle (Mike), Jean Marie, Loretta (Ian) and Margaret Anne (Kyle); her grandchildren, Alexander, Lachlan, Connall, Kyle, Timmons, Kenzie, Eric, Daniel, Teagan, Breagh, Caleigh, Bonnie, Shae and Genevieve; her great grandchildren, Max, Conan, Addison, Landon and Maya; her niece Eileen White; and also Alexander Hughes MacKinnon (Billy).
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McLellan Funeral Home (3188 Plummer Ave, New Waterford, NS B1H4K4). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Agnes Cemetery (7 Webbs Ln, New Waterford, NS B1H4T1).
