She is survived by: her parents, Doug Fraser and Bernadette "Etta" Fraser; her son Cohen Douglas Lee Newsome; her brother Ken Fraser; her niece Samantha; her friends, Sylvia, Tanya, Tara, Tammy, Carine and Jason; her cousins, Ann Marie, Jennifer and Tracy; and her pet Charlie. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McLellan Funeral Home (3188 Plummer Ave, New Waterford, NS B1H4K4). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Knights of Columbus Hall (3236 Plummer Ave, New Waterford, NS B1H4T1).
