He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Llewllyn Davis and Mary Elizabeth Smith (Card); and his stepfather Edward Smith (Ed). He is survived by : his close friends, Rick and Rosemary Northup (Susie). He is also survived by his aunt Mary Eleanor Lake; several cousins.

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, seating is limited to 80 people and will be first come first seated.
