It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Murray Edmond Banks of Nictaux, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 7, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Banks and Lillian Banks (Ernst); his wife Anna Mae; his daughter Janet; and his sisters, Mary, Joyce and Sylvia.

He is survived by: his son Murray Jr. Banks (Lisa); his sister Flora Parrish; his granddaughter Katherine Bryson (Matthew) of Belfast, PEI; his great grandchildren, Henry William Bryson and Sibyl Elizabeth Victoria Bryson; and his family, Dr. Grant Goodine and Dr. Amanda Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery.
