He is survived by: his wife Lillian Howe; his children, Charlene, Jeffery (Amy), Cory (Ashley) and Arthur Jr.'AJ' (Alicia); his grandchildren, Ethan, Dana, Morgan, Chelsea, Jordynn, Hunter, Lucas, Emily, Kelsie and Leah; his great grandchild Weston; and his siblings, Meretta McCutcheon and Emery Howe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
