It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen O'Neil of North East Point, Nova Scotia, born in Clarks Harbour, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Sherrill Newell (Atkinson); and her siblings, Christopher Newell and Joan Cunningham. She is survived by: her son Kelvin "Kelly" (Kylia); her grandsons, Kelsy and Kyle; her great grandchild Sierrah of Ottawa; her brother Stephen Newell; and her brother-in-law Ronald Cunningham. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Her son Kelvin "Kelly", wife Kylia, grandsons, Kelsy and Kyle and great-granddaughter, Sierrah of Ottawa but were also with her via Video because of Covid-19 restrictions.
