She was predeceased by: her parent Ross Penney; and her sisters, Ruth, Patricia and Hulda. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Penney (Smith); her husband Herbert; her sons, Steve Kenney (Pamela) and Richard Kenney (Iris); her stepson Troy Atkinson; and her siblings, David Penney, Charles Penney and Martha Lynch. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
